Job Title: Sales & Client Service Representative

Location: Catonsville, MD

Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales & Client Service Representative who is passionate about helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role blends outbound sales, consultative conversations, and service support, ensuring our clients always feel valued, understood, and protected.

You will work closely with the Agent to generate new business, nurture existing relationships, and assist with client servicing needs that help support long-term retention and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth (Primary)

  • Proactively follow up on warm leads, referrals, and marketing-generated prospects.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities in auto, home, life, business, and financial services.
  • Present coverage options in clear, confident, and client-friendly language.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals with professionalism and integrity.

Client Service & Relationship Support (Secondary)

  • Handle service-related inquiries, billing questions, policy changes, and documentation requests.
  • Support clients through life events by reviewing coverage and identifying gaps.
  • Assist the Agent with renewal reviews and retention-focused initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM and agency management systems.
  • Provide a welcoming, solutions-focused experience for every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, or customer service background welcomed).
  • Property & Casualty license required or obtained within 60 days.
  • Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong phone communication skills, follow-through, and time management.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, email, and modern office technology.
